polar bear pjs

our friends have begun having children so i decided it was time to build up a supply of gifts to have on hand.

my lovely mother-in-law lois got me this fabric on their trip to alaska last summer and i decided to make it into a pair of sleepover pj pants. from, you guessed it, oliver + s.

this was a new oliver + s pattern for me (still on my quest to sew them all). obviously as it comes from lisel and team it did not disappoint.

oh those little cuffs! that fabric was a fat quarter in my stash. i originally got it from a verb for keeping warm for binding the seams of another morris blazer (my first is here). alas i felt it was better for this project so those seams are still unbound.

of course even though i don't know who these pants are for, i added a label.
